A Mississippi native, Adrienne studied under Clinton Brock at Brock’s Hair Design College in Carthage, Mississippi to become a Barber stylist in 1996.
From 1999 to 2004 Adrienne owned and operated an AVEDA concept salon in Southaven, Mississippi After relocating to St. Louis, Missouri for over a year, her journey truly began when she moved home and stepped out of her comfort zone and took her first trip to New York City for a training class with Bumble and bumble in 2010. Her passion and love for the city made her a stronger person and stylist. In the fall of 2014, she got the opportunity to travel to New York again and met beauty industry veteran and CEO/Creative Director of Stranded, Patrick Kritchever, and got to shadow different salons when she was there. Through this experience, she was met her future mentor, Koby Ben, a globally recognized and award winning stylist and owner of Alibi NYC Salon. Adrienne returned to New York in 2016 to train one-on-one with Koby Ben where they focused on fundamentals.
The support of her loving husband Chuck, her clients that have been with her for the last 21 years and her passion and love for her craft has shaped Adrienne into the woman she is today. She is starting the next chapter in her life – introducing Kelso Salon in Hernando, Mississippi.
